Thanks to my personal trainer Heidi Ormsby, I now have a new favorite dinner!
We were working out and of coarse talking about food...(not a big surprise knowing me). Any way
I brought up the fact that I was getting sick of the same old veggies and nuts that go along with this detox I'm on. She told me to try making spaghetti but sub the noodles with organic veggies. Being a huge fan of carbs, pasta being in my top 3 (next to pizza and bread) I thought it would be yet another dinner ending up in my dogs dish. I was very happy to be wrong, the veggies and sauce were so good!
